How to setup an Ethereum Private Testnet & UASF Discussion

This months meetup I will be demonstrating how to setup an Ethereum Private Testnet in order to start experimenting with smart contract, and dapp development. We will also be discussing the upcoming UASF fork. This will be a more technical meetup, but all skill levels are welcome! NOTE: We will also be discussing new venue options, so please come along if you would like to help shape this decision!
