Bitcoin for BlackRock? Kick the Suits Out? Jack Mallers on Institutional Adoption
Show Notes
Bitcoin is open and accessible to everyone, including big institutions. That can rub some people the wrong way, especially since banks have historically looked out for the powerful, not the average person. This legacy of exclusion and financial control has fueled movements like Bitcoin and decentralized finance, which seek to return financial power to individuals. It’s part of why some feel Wall Street shouldn’t have a place in the Bitcoin ecosystem. But the thing is, Bitcoin doesn’t pick sides. It’s neutral by design and that’s exactly what makes it so different from the traditional financial system that institutions such as BlackRock, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, etc. have dominated in the past. #Bitcoin #Crypto #Finance
