The International Monetrary Fund have been put under massive pressure by smaller, dollar supressed nation states adoption of Bitcoin. One example is El Salvador. In short, they are terrified of nation state Bitcoin adoption. This panel has spent a lot of time on the ground in some of these countries. So, how is it all looking? Will it work?
