“The yield has to come from somewhere, but they don’t cash flow enough [from their core business] to pay off the yield.” Strategy recently announced that they won’t sell any more common shares of MSTR if the stock’s bitcoin mNAV is below 2.5x. The only exception? Paying dividends on its four preferred shares.
