Matt Hougan, Bitwise CIO, on the ETF selloff and the early signs it's finally turning The outflows started in earnest at the start of Q2. Before that it was mixed inflows and outflows, a pretty normal market. Then ETF investors threw in the towel and sold aggressively. But that seems to have turned in the last week or two, with inflows appearing again. It feels great, and we may be into a new part of the market.
