Institutions won't touch crypto until privacy is a given Think of it this way. You're BlackRock sending JP Morgan money from one bank account to another, would you want everybody to see that? The problem with public blockchains is that even if nobody knows whose accounts they are, everyone can see the money move, and decent onchain analysis probably ties it back to you.
